What are we looking for?
Experience
Skills Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in loyalty consulting, CRM, customer retention, or related fields
- Strong academic background
- Experience working with clients and managing deliverables
- Familiarity with loyalty programs (airlines, banking, retail, travel, insurance, payments) is advantageous but not essential
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to simplify complex problems
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
What will you do?
Client & Team Engagement
- Participate in client-facing activities including stakeholder interviews, workshops, meetings, and presentations
- Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Consulting & Analysis
- Conduct research and analysis on loyalty programs, customer behaviors, value propositions, and program effectiveness
- Perform market, competitor, sector, and customer research
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Develop financial models and support business case creation
- Use AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and quality
Client Deliverables
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and strategic materials
- Use storytelling and data visualization to present insights clearly
