Overview:
Mr Dentless is looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Shop Manager to join our growing team. This is much more than a front desk position. You will be the communication hub of our business, helping customers from their first message through scheduling, updates, and delivery while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, enjoys talking with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in sales. Automotive experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
MUST BE BILINGUAL.
Experience in the automotive repair industry is preferred.
Duties:
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls promptly
– Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Respond to a high volume of leads
– Manage and oversee lead nurture campaigns
– Perform data entry and transcribe documents accurately
– Assist with project coordination tasks as needed
– Provide administrative support to staff members
– Handle customer inquiries and provide support as required
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a manager
– Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in computerized systems and office software (e.g., QuickBooks)
-Ability to multi task and handle multiple softwares
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Familiarity with automotive administrative processes is a plus
– Experience in insurance office settings or customer support roles is advantageous
