Evolved Personal Training is hiring a full-time Assistant Office Manager to help lead the client experience and support daily operations inside Columbia’s premier personal training studio.

This is a great fit for someone who is organized, personable, dependable, and energized by helping people feel taken care of. You’ll play a key role in keeping our studio running smoothly while helping clients, trainers, and leadership stay supported.

Position Overview

As our Assistant Office Manager, you’ll work closely with the Office Manager, ownership team, and training staff to support front desk operations, client communication, scheduling, billing, and the overall studio experience.

You’ll be one of the first and most frequent points of contact for clients, so professionalism, warmth, and follow-through are essential.

This is a full-time, in-person role at our Columbia, MO studio.

Schedule

Applicants must be available for the following:

Primary shift:
12:00 PM – 6:00/7:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Additional availability:
Occasional Saturday mornings, typically 3 per month

Occasional morning coverage may also be needed depending on studio needs, vacations, or staff coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional, and high-quality client experience
  • Manage client communication by phone, email, text, and in person
  • Assist with scheduling, appointment changes, and client coordination
  • Support billing, membership updates, and administrative account tasks
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and studio environment
  • Assist trainers with schedule coordination and client-related needs
  • Support marketing efforts, community outreach, studio events, and client follow-up
  • Help ensure daily systems, checklists, and operational processes are completed accurately
  • Communicate clearly with the Office Manager, owners, and training team
  • Represent Evolved’s premium service culture with consistency and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, front desk, administrative, hospitality, or office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required
  • Basic computer and office software skills required
  • Experience with scheduling, billing, or CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work in person at our Columbia, MO location
  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: From $33,200 per year
