JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in office administration, professional communication, and business operations. You will support the administrative team while learning how a professional office runs day-to-day.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and office organization
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Help maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support event planning and team meetings
- Perform data entry and update databases
- Order and track office supplies
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking
- Take on special projects as assigned by the team
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light to moderate weight objects (up to 20 lbs) such as office supplies, files, or small packages
- Regularly required to sit at a desk for extended periods (6–8 hours per day)
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching
QUALIFICATIONS
