Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Brooklyn, NY. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. This role will help prepare, organize, and maintain client files and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and up to date. The Assistant will schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and support insurance staff with data entry, filing, and basic administrative tasks. The position may also involve assisting with follow-up communications to clients, gathering required information, and supporting special projects as assigned.
