Assistant Position – Timeless Touch Renovations LLC
Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity (Starting at ~10 hours/week)
Location: Missouri (local travel required)
What You’ll Be Doing
– Secretarial & Administrative Support: organizing schedules, job files, receipts, project notes;
maintaining communication with clients/subcontractors; assisting with estimates, invoices, office
tasks.
– Material Handling & Jobsite Support: picking up/delivering materials; helping keep projects flowing;
optional light hands-on help.
– Social Media & Brand Support: posting updates, before/after photos; maintaining online presence;
assisting with content ideas.
– Software Use: Houzz Pro for project management; QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping (training
provided).
