Description Of Job
Administrator Assistant required to maintain, improve and support the internal administrative procedures. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Education must be relative to position, any recognised qualifications will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant / secretary / book keeper for an International Organisation in Ghana.
- Excellent knowledge and communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- General computer skills for Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Must be able to deal with telephone and email enquiries.
- Create and maintain filing systems.
- Keep diaries and arrange meetings / appointments and organise travel for staff.
- Work on local legal requirements such as VAT, SSNIT, PAYE, WHT.
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information.
- A working knowledge of French would be advantageous.
