Overview of Position
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and financial support to our Cleaning Services Project. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring compliance with client and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Manager and site management team.
- Maintain employee records, attendance registers, contracts, leave records, and filing systems.
- Process timesheets, purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Coordinate stock requests, deliveries, and conduct regular stock takes.
- Deliver and collect company documentation, stock, uniforms, and other operational items between sites.
- Conduct routine site inspections, complete quality control reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Liaise professionally with site supervisors, employees, suppliers, and clients.
- Assist with weekend operations, deep-cleaning projects, and other operational requirements when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- 2–3 years' administrative experience.
- Experience within cleaning services, facilities management, contract management, or a similar operational environment is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Financial Studies, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel between sites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative, financial, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
