Engage Talent Partners is working exclusively with our client, a growing Aberdeen-based business, to recruit an Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to contribute across multiple areas of the business, including administration, HR support and QHSE coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and internal systems in line with company procedures
- Support coordination of internal processes, reporting and departmental activities
- Assist with preparation of documentation, correspondence and business reports
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders where required
- Support HR administration including onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment coordination
- Assist with QHSE administration such as maintaining compliance documentation, training records and policy updates
- Help coordinate travel arrangements, meetings and general office logistics
- Contribute to the preparation and tracking of operational KPIs and internal reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant statutory requirements
- Provide flexible administrative support across different functions as business needs require
Applicants should have previous experience in an administrative or business support role, ideally within a busy, fast-paced environment, and will be comfortable supporting multiple functions across the organisation. Experience assisting with HR processes and/or QHSE systems would be advantageous, although not essential, as training can be provided.
