Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and documentation management
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and project coordination
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain up-to-date personnel records
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various digital tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
