Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and documentation management
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and project coordination
- Support onboarding processes and maintain up-to-date personnel records
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various digital tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
