Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

The Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the organization. The role includes office administration, employee coordination, documentation management, attendance monitoring, HR support activities, and maintaining workplace discipline. The position requires strong organizational skills, communication ability, and a good understanding of administrative procedures and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall office administration and ensure smooth operational activities.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and office discipline.
  • Maintain employee files, personal records, and other confidential documents.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative and operational support.
  • Handle office correspondence, official letters, emails, and documentation.
  • Supervise office supplies, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment, facilities, and utilities.
  • Assist management in implementing company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and administrative summaries when required.
  • Support HR activities, including employee engagement and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics if necessary.
  • Maintain liaison with external parties, service providers, and government offices when required.
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and a proper office environment.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Skills Required: Microsoft Office, HR and Administration, Multi tasking ability, Work Under Pressure

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Buying House

Skills & Requirements:

  1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Strong knowledge of office administration and HR procedures.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  5. Good organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Basic understanding of labor laws and administrative compliance.

Salary

  • Tk. 20000 – 30000 (Monthly)
