Position Overview
The Administrative Multi-Tasker supports daily office operations, client communication, and internal coordination. This role is dynamic and people-facing, requiring strong communication, organization, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones and manage incoming communications
- Greet clients and assist with in-office appointments
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Assist with client onboarding and document collection
- Maintain CRM and client records
- Coordinate with team members on task progress
- Manage office supplies and general office needs
- Support leadership with day-to-day operations
