Position Overview

The Administrative Multi-Tasker supports daily office operations, client communication, and internal coordination. This role is dynamic and people-facing, requiring strong communication, organization, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and manage incoming communications
  • Greet clients and assist with in-office appointments
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
  • Assist with client onboarding and document collection
  • Maintain CRM and client records
  • Coordinate with team members on task progress
  • Manage office supplies and general office needs
  • Support leadership with day-to-day operations
