Administrative & Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support daily operations and help grow our programs.
Responsibilities:
- Create social media content and promotional flyers
- Organize documents and maintain databases
- Assist with events, programs, and scheduling
- Provide general administrative support
- Research grant opportunities and funding sources *(willing to train)
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Creative and comfortable with social media/design tools
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Interest in nonprofit work or fundraising is a plus
