Administrative & Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support daily operations and help grow our programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Create social media content and promotional flyers
  • Organize documents and maintain databases
  • Assist with events, programs, and scheduling
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Research grant opportunities and funding sources *(willing to train)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Creative and comfortable with social media/design tools
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Interest in nonprofit work or fundraising is a plus
