⏱️Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative Executive to keep our office operations running smoothly. This role manages administrative tasks, coordinates office activities, supports staff and management, and plays a key role in ensuring an efficient and supportive workplace environment.

Job Descriptions

•        Manage daily office administration, including reception, documentation, office supplies.

•        Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.

•        Act as a point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.

•        Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.

•        Support inter-departmental communication and workflow coordination.

•        Draft and prepare letters, memos, and official correspondence.

•        Assist with basic finance tasks including invoices, claims, and expense tracking.

•        Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure proper record management.

•        Coordinate vendors, procurement, and office facility maintenance.

•        Track office inventory, assets, and resources.

•        Support management with any administrative tasks, projects, and special events.

Requirements

•        Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

•        2 to 3 years of experience in office administration or similar role.

•        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•        Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.

•        Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

•        Reliable, responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
