Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team. This role focuses on collections, onboarding new drivers and vendors, and maintaining compliance with insurance requirements.
Duties:
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment status
- Assist with onboarding new drivers and subcontractors
- Verify and track insurance documents (COIs, expirations, compliance)
- Maintain organized records and update internal systems
- Coordinate with factoring company and internal team as needed
Experience:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable making calls and following up professionally
- Basic understanding of billing or collections (preferred, not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
