Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our operations team. This role focuses on collections, onboarding new drivers and vendors, and maintaining compliance with insurance requirements.

Duties:

  • Manage collections and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment status
  • Assist with onboarding new drivers and subcontractors
  • Verify and track insurance documents (COIs, expirations, compliance)
  • Maintain organized records and update internal systems
  • Coordinate with factoring company and internal team as needed

Experience:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable making calls and following up professionally
  • Basic understanding of billing or collections (preferred, not required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Someone reliable, proactive, and willing to learn. This role is key to keeping our cash flow and operations running smoothly.

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
