As part of the Operations team, you will assist the Senior Manager, Operations and various Managers in key tasks. Your responsibilities will include developing monthly scorecards, preparing budgets, and managing invoices. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop monthly financial scorecards for management review

• Prepare capital and operating budgets with strategic insights

• Manage facilities and operations invoices for accuracy

• Track budget expenses and variances meticulously

• Coordinate with vendors on service requests until completion

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of related administrative experience

• Grade 12 education; post-secondary preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes is a plus
