About the Role
As we experience rapid growth, we are looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. In this role, you will be the primary guide for our professional clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience from the moment they join our platform. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and client success within a fast-paced environment built on innovation.
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Create and configure new client accounts, ensuring company profiles, project types, and user permissions are accurately set.
- User Onboarding: Assist professionals in the architecture and engineering sectors with platform access and initial setup.
- Client Support: Act as a responsive point of contact via email, phone, and online platforms to troubleshoot issues and guide users through the plan upload process.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Monitor platform activity to encourage effective usage and re-engage users who have incomplete uploads or reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical and development teams to relay user feedback and assist marketing and sales with new registrations.
- Operational Tracking: Maintain detailed records of client accounts and project activity to support internal reporting and workflows.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer success, operations, or client services.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse professionally with architects, engineers, and municipal staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to following structured processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a comfort for navigating SaaS tools and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly communicative with internal teams.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working within a SaaS platform or a technology-driven company.
- Background supporting the construction, architecture, engineering, or real estate industries.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured onboarding workflows.
- Experience specifically supporting software implementation or technical platforms.
