Essential Functions:
· Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients with a positive attitude, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate person or department
· Managing phone calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
· Maintain office security by following safety protocols.
· Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks such as ordering office supplies, preparing sheets for production time.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the office by managing all incoming communications, including screening and directing phone calls, recording messages, and greeting visitors and staff.
- Financial and Logistics Support: Oversee critical administrative financial tasks, including the generation and processing of purchase orders, monitoring vendor payments, and preparing payments for incoming invoices and supply orders. Maintain inventory of office supplies, ordering new stock as appropriate.
- Office Administration: Perform a variety of administrative functions such as composing and editing general correspondence, maintaining comprehensive filing systems, assisting with calendar management, and coordinating meeting and event logistics.
High school diploma is required.
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office/secretarial capacity.
- Adaptability and Learning: Demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend and master new systems, processes, and situations, maintaining a high degree of flexibility and initiative.
- Prioritization and Multitasking: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and competing requests in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Pay: $18.50 – $19.50 per hour
