Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant Jobs in Miami at Creative AV
We are a Home Automation company located in Kendall looking for a Full-time Personal/ Administrative assistant. The office opens from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Requirements:
- Communicate with customers, clients, and vendors
- Maintain client relations to ensure a fast and timely service
- Perform general clerical tasks as needed, e.g. ordering supplies, directing calls, accepting deliveries and managing incoming correspondence
- Prepare and/or edit emails for the Office and/or Owner
- Provide general administrative support
- Maintain an organized workspace by keeping documents properly stored and scanned into client and vendor files
- Excellent follow up skills
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience
- Ability to adapt well to a high pressure, fast-paced work environment with diverse tasks
- Able to work independently in a structured and organized manner
- Computer proficient, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Quickbooks.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to run office errands
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred but not required
- Employee must have reliable transportation to work
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Work directly with the Owner on projects
- Account payable and receivables
- Bonuses when appropriate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
