Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant in the Logistics and Commercial Department, located in Oiã. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily tasks, including providing administrative support, managing clerical duties, ensuring effective communication, overseeing phone communication, and executive administrative support. The role supports the seamless operation of logistics and commercial functions within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documents, schedules, and organisational tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritisation
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with logistics-related systems
- Previous experience in logistics or commercial departments is an advantage
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
