As an Executive Assistant at Honeyfund, you’ll be a trusted partner and right hand to our Head of People and our COO. In this role, you’ll ensure processes are operating efficiently and the leaders you assist have the support they need to be able to focus on what matters most. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage complex calendars, and be a calm presence will be key to the success of this role.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a mission-driven team that’s passionate about making honeymoons happen for all couples—and to play a pivotal role in supporting leaders who work hard to make it possible.
You’re available to work during our mandatory, core hours of 11am-3pm ET, Monday through Friday.
Job responsibilities include…
Support various administrative duties, including project management and research.
Assist in coordinating high-priority projects and streamlining processes, such as updating and communicating company policies.
Efficiently manage and organize remote office activities and operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications and respond promptly to inquiries.
Support scheduling, including meetings and travel arrangements for the Leadership Team.
Track and help follow up on action items from strategic meetings, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Prepare and edit important documents and manage virtual file systems.
Support talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including posting jobs, applying sponsored job posting budgets and tracking, and managing the administrative side of the onboarding process.
Assist with employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives that promote professional growth.
Be an employee satisfaction and team culture cheerleader through the organization of various team activities.
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or others) to streamline processes, create content drafts, summarize meetings, draft emails, and optimize task lists.
Gather and analyze data as requested.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and internal communications.
Other duties as assigned.
Why we’ll love you…
3+ years of administrative and/or 3+ years of HR experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent degree required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Proven experience supporting senior leaders, with an ability to juggle competing priorities.
Love for creating systems and organization.
Outstanding knowledge of Slack and Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Gusto) is a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills, with a passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Aptitude in problem-solving and a desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
Eagerness to learn and support the team.
