Make an impact with our Advisory and Consulting team as an Administrative Assistant. Lead the following responsibilities:
Monitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise partners/managers of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicable
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities for multiple partners while ensuring timely deadlines and deliverables are met. This may include but is not limited to:
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments and events;
Manage and coordinate multiple complex calendars;
Assist in the creation of presentations and various documents;
Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations;
Prepare expense reports.
Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry through experiential learning with clients
Support the design, development, formatting and proof reading of high-quality reports, proposals and correspondence
Participate in the billing process for our clients
Coordinate engagement logistics with clients and other stakeholders consistent with engagement plans
Skills and Experience
Related post-secondary education in administration is an asset
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Previous experience working in a professional services firm is an asset
Strong client service orientation when working with both external and internal clients
Excellent proficiency with the MS Office suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as artificial intelligence tools
Flexibility to work overtime when required
Bilingual (French and English), with excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
Demonstrated discretion and a strong sense of initiative
