We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Business Partner (Sr. ABP) to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior and executive leadership within Early Clinical Development.
This role requires a proactive professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and meetings, support cross-functional projects, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior leadership.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
- Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of leadership.
- Process purchase orders, contracts, expense reports, and payments.
2. Meeting & Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate large internal meetings, team workshops, and department events.
- Organize and lead team offsites involving multiple locations and travel logistics.
- Assist with candidate interview coordination and hiring logistics.
3. Project & Operations Support
- Support Quality Compliance & Clinical Capabilities (QC3) initiatives and projects.
- Maintain departmental tools such as gSites, Slack channels, newsletters, and websites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and team communication.
Basic Qualifications
- 5–7 years of administrative, operations, or project coordination experience.
- Experience supporting senior leaders or executive management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry is a plus.
