This is a construction company seeking an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator with at least 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to the team

Managing schedules and correspondence

Assisting with project documentation and coordination

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience

Experience in the construction industry is preferred

Fluency in English & Spanish
