Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer support and answering inquiries promptly.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Support office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, calendar management, and data entry.
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties to track expenses and invoices.
  • Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies inventory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or as a receptionist, with strong clerical skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools.
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing proper phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles enhances your success in this position.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
