Role Description The Administrative Assistant role is a hybrid position based in Marietta, GA. This role supports daily operations by greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars in a professional and welcoming manner. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, handling basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, and assisting with inventory tracking and product organization. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate with team members to support consultations, ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and help manage client communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills for interacting with clients, healthcare partners, and team members.
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance or supporting leadership with calendars, correspondence, and follow-up tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and demonstrate empathy in client-facing situations.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, calendar tools, word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a small, client-centered environment.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, boutique, or similar service-oriented setting is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
