Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Front Office, Sales & Production Support)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Support our sales team and production by preparing documents and following up with clients.
  • Keep sales and production data organized to ensure seamless operations.

Skills

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize AI tools like Notion, Claude, and Slack to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Having knowledge of these tools a plus.

Schedule:

  • This position runs Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is some flexibility in schedule.
