Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Front Office, Sales & Production Support)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Support our sales team and production by preparing documents and following up with clients.
- Keep sales and production data organized to ensure seamless operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize AI tools like Notion, Claude, and Slack to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Having knowledge of these tools a plus.
Schedule:
- This position runs Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is some flexibility in schedule.
