Role Description

As an Admin Assistant, you will:

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Handle document preparation, scanning, filing, and record maintenance
  • Assist in data entry and updating internal systems
  • Support basic coordination of meetings and office arrangements
  • Handle simple client correspondence and follow-up tasks
  • Assist in preparing invoices, letters, and basic office documents
  • Support general office administration and ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • SPM holder / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email handling
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay (required)
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)

👕 Dress Code: Smart Casual

💼 Position Type: Full-time (RM2.5k – RM3.8k)
