Role Description
As an Admin Assistant, you will:
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the team
- Handle document preparation, scanning, filing, and record maintenance
- Assist in data entry and updating internal systems
- Support basic coordination of meetings and office arrangements
- Handle simple client correspondence and follow-up tasks
- Assist in preparing invoices, letters, and basic office documents
- Support general office administration and ad-hoc duties
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- SPM holder / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email handling
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay (required)
- Able to maintain confidentiality of company and client information

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)
👕 Dress Code: Smart Casual
💼 Position Type: Full-time (RM2.5k – RM3.8k)
