What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President and Chief Information Officer, including scheduling and planning meetings, and managing travel arrangements
  • Draft, revise, and review documents and correspondence for accuracy and adherence to standards
  • Maintain an organized work plan with timelines for relevant tasks and standard operating procedures
  • Track budget-related activities, including managing invoices and purchase orders
  • Handle incoming communications and prioritize actions based on urgency and importance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment, preferably as an executive administrative assistant or office manager
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience with database management
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with accountability for execution
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a busy environment
