- Supports the offer creation, testing, extension, and post-acceptance processes for M&A hiring, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide the latest country-specific offer templates to M&A Operations.
- Share latest country specific DocuSign offer packet and inclusions.
- Inform M&A Operations Manager of current country-specific hiring processes and workflows.
- Draft offer letters and offer summaries based on provided inputs.
DocuSign & Offer Execution –
- Test deal specific DocuSign envelopes for accuracy and functionality.
- Extend non-key offers to candidates.
Tracking & Reporting –
- Update the offer acceptance tracker (e.g., Airtable) upon receipt of signed offer letters.
Post-Acceptance Activities –
- Upload signed offer letters and supporting documents to the employee’s Workday profile.

- Strong time-management skills
- Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and systems (e.g., HR systems, CRMs, scheduling tools, AI-enabled tools)
