What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage calendars for two Deputy Directors, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including candidate correspondence and interview logistics
- Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are prepared
- Serve as the primary coordinator for public disclosure activities within the division
- Track and monitor mandated administrative tasks, escalating issues to the Deputies as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School graduation or equivalent and four (4) years of relevant experience, or one (1) year as an Administrative Assistant 3 in State Government
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum net speed of 50 words per minute
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all actions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, including Teams
- Experience providing administrative support for complex initiatives
- Strong verbal, analytic, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with state government organization and administrative procedures
