Job Description
We are seeking dependable, guest-focused individuals for Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor positions. This role requires flexibility to work mixed shifts, including day, evening, and overnight (night audit) shifts. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, handles front desk operations efficiently, and accurately completes night audit duties when scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and professionally
- Complete Night Audit duties during overnight shifts, including balancing daily transactions and reports
- Manage phone and online reservations
- Register guests and verify required information and payment methods
- Welcome guests and assign rooms based on availability and preferences
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet cleanliness and readiness standards
- Assist with group reservations and special guest requests
- Upsell rooms, services, and amenities when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest accounts
- Follow IHG brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or night audit preferred (training available)
- Experience with similar systems is a plus
- Familiarity with online travel agencies.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic computer and math skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
