Our client is a successful , highly respected Financial Advisor and Consultant . We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant with a love for helping people to perform diverse duties for this Owner/ President ! The role is essential in supporting daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth flow of paperwork . Prior Financial Services, Banking or Insurance experience is a plus –

Highlights of responsibilities include :
* Perform all aspects of standard administrative support functions , ranging from managing phone calls and keyboarding contracts to creating and filing industry- specific documents with the federal government and financial institutions.
* Use Excel to keep billing & financial data up to date .
* Maintain marketing and client records using "RedTail" CRM.
* Learn to use financial planning software : eMoney , MoneyGuidePro
* Familiarity with Custodial companies such as Schwab and Pershing is a plus.
* Manage complex calendar and schedule meetings. – Interact with and support clients.

* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly…Other diverse special projects !
~ Starting Salary : $52,000. / Year – Plus Quarterly Bonuses ! ~

Pay: $25.00 per hour
