Job Responsibilities:

* Perform fundamental project management tasks, including planning, organization, follow-up, documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.

* Support Government Grants and Academic Advancement Program administration, which involves documentation, information verification, and data entry etc.

* Support classroom training logistics, administration, communication, and documentation.

* Assist in organizing and supporting team events and activities.

* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and events.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all project-related activities.

* Follow project timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.

* Assist in the preparation of training reports, data, and presentations for management.

* Handle inquiries and provide information to team members and stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

* Poly graduate or equivalent experience in business administration, engineering, science, or a related field of study.

* Commitment to a 12-month contract period.

* Strong interpersonal skills, a fast learner, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactive, disciplined, and deliver results under pressure.

* At least 2 years of experience in an HR administration or equivalent role.

* Strong prioritization and time-management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Detail-oriented to acquire and communicate complete and accurate information to stakeholders.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other relevant software tools.

* Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

* Having intellectual and learning agility and adaptability to changes.

* Some level of independence with common sense in managing changing situations like deviation from unexpected scenarios.

* Flexible to step in to generously support

* The candidate must be physically fit, capable of ensuring that training materials (such as manuals and supporting aids) is moved safely and on time from point A to point B at different location or sites, and ready to provide logistics assistance when needed.
