Role Description The Senior Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Queens, NY, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the studio’s research and client engagement activities. This position oversees office administration, coordinates schedules and meetings, and manages documentation, records, and internal communication workflows. The Senior Administrator assists with project tracking, prepares reports and presentations, and supports logistics for client calls, workshops, and internal reviews. The role includes handling vendor relationships, monitoring office supplies and resources, and helping maintain efficient processes across teams. This position collaborates with leadership and project teams to anticipate operational needs and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including calendar management, document control, and task prioritization.
- Experience with office and project coordination tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, project management or CRM systems).
- Solid written and verbal communication abilities for internal updates, client-facing materials, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for handling complex scheduling, data entry, and process improvements.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Background in a research, consulting, healthcare, or digital-focused environment is beneficial.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
