Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
- Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and routing calls accurately
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management activities such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and personal assistant tasks
- Coordinate marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, creating promotional materials, and proofreading content
- Provide exceptional customer support through clear communication and timely responses to inquiries
- Oversee office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains organized and welcoming
Experience
- Prior experience in office administration or clerical roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles emphasizing professionalism and customer support excellence
