Through our platform, investors gain direct access to senior management teams at small- to mega-cap companies globally. We are seeking a Administration & Management Support Coordinator to join our growing New York team. This role is well suited for a candidate with one to two years of experience in financial services or event coordination who is eager to develop in a client-facing capacity. 

The Administration & Management Support Coordinator will support the corporate access logistics team as they plan and execute investor meetings and non-deal roadshows. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently to anticipate needs and solve problems. The role requires professionalism in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, strong technology fluency, and the ability to work in our New York City office. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, assist with organizing meetings for clients and internal management
  • Manage event details: book venues, place catering orders, arrange transportation, provide hotel and logistic suggestions  
  • Ensure data integrity associated with all meetings for clients 
  • Expense management for external and internal constituents 
  • Support meeting preparation and act as the liaison between our Corporate Access Team and external visitors 
  • Other administrative duties and special projects as requested by management team 
  • Professionalism and comfort interfacing with clients on the phone and email while interacting internally with all levels of business partners 

Additional specific qualifications include: 

  • Two years or more of professional experience, ideally in financial services, investor relations, corporate events, or executive support  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
  • Confident, professional communication skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment  
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)  
  • Willingness to work onsite in New York City
