Job Responsibilities
- Execute daily administrative operations with speed, accuracy, and process discipline.
- Ensure workplace readiness, including seating, equipment, and supplies for teams.
- Coordinate repairs, service schedules, vendor management and facility upgrades proactively.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and optimize procurement processes.
- Coordinate company events, internal communications and internal engagement activities
- Create simple marketing assets using graphic design tools aligned with brand guidelines.
- Execute social media posting based on provided content and schedules, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Leverage basic automation tools to streamline repetitive admin workflows.
Shift: 9am – 6pm
Location: Battaramulla (Onsite)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or related domain.
- Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Business Administration, Business Management or HR & Marketing related field (or equivalent experience).
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, graphic design tools, and event coordination is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Problem-solving mindset with high attention to operational detail.
- Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.
