Responsibilities
Job Description:
Provide full spectrum of administrative and clerical support to administration department
Handle and follow up insurance claims, such as motor/public liability and related matters
Provide operations support such as preparing reports and conduct site visit, etc.
Assist to organize staff activities
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or above with at least 2 years relevant experience in office administration
Organized, able to handle multi-tasks and prioritize works under tight schedules
Good interpersonal and communication skills, as a good team player
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Chinese word- processing
Experienced in handling insurance claims is a plus
Immediate available is highly preferred
