We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to support our billing and revenue cycle operations. In this role, you will work closely with insurance providers and internal teams to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and a smooth financial process that supports client care.
What You’ll Do Manage Billing and Claims
- Submit insurance claims and monitor payment status
- Review and resolve claim denials and resubmit as needed
- Process account adjustments and maintain accurate billing records
Verify Insurance and Coverage
- Confirm client eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements
- Enter and maintain accurate insurance information in the system
- Ensure billing aligns with payer requirements and guidelines
Support Account Management
- Track outstanding balances and follow up on unpaid claims
- Manage private pay accounts and collections processes
- Update client accounts with new or corrected information
Collaborate and Communicate
- Work with insurance companies to verify coverage and resolve issues
- Partner with clinical and administrative teams to address billing questions
- Support timely and accurate resolution of revenue cycle issues
What We’re Looking For
- Two years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or healthcare administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
