We’re located in West Palm Beach Florida, St. Thomas USVI, St. Croix USVI, and Anguilla BVI.

Job Summary:
The Accounting/Cash Clerk is responsible for accurately posting and reconciling cash transactions across multiple business operations. This role supports the accounting team by ensuring timely cash application, maintaining reconciliation records, identifying discrepancies or unusual activity, and assisting with special projects and vendor billbacks as needed. The position requires strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and professional communication with internal and external partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Accurately post daily customer bank deposits into the ERP system for Florida operations
  • Maintain and update cash reconciliation spreadsheets for Caribbean operations, ensuring deposits are properly recorded
  • Identify, communicate, and follow up on cash discrepancies, posting errors, or unusual activity
  • Monitor and reconcile cash accounts to detect errors, discrepancies, or potential fraudulent activity
  • Support accounting projects, vendor billbacks, audits, and compliance documentation

Required Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cash posting, accounts receivable (A/R), or related accounting activities.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Advanced Excel skills (preferred)
  • Experience working with an ERP system required; experience with AFS (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Able to work in an office environment and lift up to 25 pounds.
