We’re hiring an Accounting Clerk to support our accounting team with day-to-day administrative and transactional work. This is a great entry point into construction accounting—you’ll keep our records organized, support invoice and payment processing, and help our team operate smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Support the accounting team with daily administrative and transactional tasks
  • Enter and organize invoices, receipts, and supporting financial documentation
  • Assist with check runs, lien waiver preparation, and subcontractor communication
  • Maintain organized records for invoices, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documents
  • Respond to basic vendor and subcontractor inquiries about payments and documentation
  • Assist with HR-adjacent administrative tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related administrative role
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable/receivable
  • Proficiency with Excel; experience with Sage, HH2, GCPay, or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work alongside vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • HR experience is a plus, but not required
