Accounting Clerk

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk with law office experience to join a growing team in Coral Gables. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience in a law firm environment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional office.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Review and maintain general ledgers and financial records
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Support the accounting department with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or accounting support experience
• Strong accounts payable experience
• Experience with account reconciliations and reviewing ledgers
• Prior law office experience required
• Hands-on experience with PerfectLaw back-office software is a MUST
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
