PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Log, track, and route documents
- Prepare daily and weekly document reports
- Consolidate office supply requests
- Print and manage invoices
- Update sales invoice inventory
- Prepare rebate and commission documents
- Process consignment sold-outs
- Analyze ARCC for clearing
- Verify client deposits
- Handle memos and SARs
- Perform other assigned tasks
QUALIFICATION GUIDES
a. Education
i. College graduate of any four (4) year course/degree, preferably in fields related to accounting and finance
b. Experience
i. Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience
c. Skills
I. Able to perform clerical tasks with efficiency and accuracy
II. Able to organize and compile information and to prepare a variety of
reports
III. Has sufficient knowledge of the principles and practices of an effective organization and records management
IV. Computer literate
