Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support day-to-day operations related to EdTech programs, courses,
and initiatives.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing projects, ensuring timely completion of
deliverables.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, educators, students, and external
stakeholders.
Maintain records, track progress, and prepare reports on project milestones and
performance.
Support content development teams with logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
Manage communications, respond to queries, and provide customer support as
needed.
Assist in organizing training sessions, webinars, and other learning events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while managing various
administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Education
, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in EdTech,
education
, or a technology-driven environment.
Strong organizational and
multitasking
skills with
attention to detail
.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and
project management
tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
team-oriented
environment.
Passion for
