What This Role Actually Is
This is not just a front desk position.
This is a:
Patient Experience Coordinator + Patient Advocate + Operational Leader
Every interaction (phone, text, or in person) has one objective:
Move the patient to the next step—clearly, confidently, and completely
That means:
- scheduling
- communication
- payments
- follow-through
And making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Core Responsibilities
- Convert new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Manage and optimize the daily schedule (no gaps, no errors)
- Collect payments and confidently guide financial conversations
- Review patient accounts and ensure next steps are completed
- Execute follow-ups, confirmations, and outreach
- Maintain a clean, accurate, and fully managed schedule
- Stay aware of clinic flow and proactively solve problems
This role directly impacts revenue, retention, and patient experience.

Schedule
Patient Contact Hours:
Monday – 10am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-6:30pm
Tuesday – 8:00am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-6:30pm
Thursday – 2:30pm-6:30pm
Friday – 8:00am-6:30pm
Full time hours are completed through preshift huddles, monday meetings, on-site training days, etc.
Compensation & Growth
$18–$22/hour based on experience and performance
Most team members start between $18–$19/hour, with opportunities to increase pay quickly based on reliability, ownership, and execution.
Performance bonuses:
$250 – $500+ per month based on results within the role and office performance.
Growth is based on performance—not time.
