Workers Compensation Case Manager/Assistant Jobs in Glendale at The Akopyan Law Group, APC
We are a well known and respected Applicant’s Attorney’s firm. We are looking for a full time case manager with a minimum of 2+years of workers’ compensation case management experience. We are looking for someone who would require minimal training.
Experience:
- Must have Merus experience
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Must be self-sufficent and able to work independently
Personal Qualities:
- Must have a great attitude
- Must be reliable
- Must have good social skills for communicate with client’s
- Must be motivated and ambitious
Duties:
- New client intake.
- Client communication (case updates , explaining disability benefits, medical treatment status, settlement, etc.)
- Handle all aspects of discovery
- Prepare and file legal documents and correspondence
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and court appearances for attorneys and clients
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed
