Overview
Producing and optimizing product listings across our wholesale computer sales platforms. Ensure that product information is accurate, appealing, and up-to-date, helping drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update product details accurately to ensure consistency across all online channels
- Perform data entry with precision, including product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images
- Maintain organized digital files and physical records related to product listings and inventory data
- Track listing performance and revise as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for new product listings and updates
- Verify wholesale order entries and ensure correct categorization within the wholesale auction platform
- Perform routine quality checks on listings to identify discrepancies or errors, making necessary corrections promptly
Skills
- Familiarity with computer technology
- Control online auctions performed through email
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Review computer inventory in our warehouse, help to physically establish auction lot listings
- Clerical experience involving filing, data collection, transcription, or administrative tasks preferred
- Familiarity with office software tools such as Word and Outlook to support daily operations
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
