Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guiding them through the check-in process
  • Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, walk-ins, and cancellations using computer systems and booking software
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with professional phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all spa materials are stocked and ready for use
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Support office management activities including basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, invoicing, and record keeping
  • Provide support to staff with clerical duties like typing reports, managing client files, and supporting customer support efforts

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Strong customer service background with exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and managing appointment calendars efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience including filing, proofreading, bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred), and office support tasks
  • Personal assistant or office assistant experience is a plus for supporting daily operations effectively

Pay: $21.94 – $23.42 per hour
