Cryogenix is a veteran-owned wellness and recovery center in Palm Harbor FL helping clients recover from chronic pain, improve their performance, and feel their best using cutting edge therapies including hyperbaric oxygen, red light, cryotherapy, and more. We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator who loves people, stays organized under pressure, and wants to grow with a business that is making a real difference in people’s lives.
In this role you will be the first voice and face of Cryogenix. You will handle inbound calls and leads, schedule consultations, follow up with clients after their sessions, support membership conversations, and keep our front desk experience exceptional every single day.
This is a role with real growth potential. As Cryogenix scales, this position grows with it into senior client success and operations responsibilities.
You are the right fit if you are a natural communicator who builds trust quickly, you follow through without being reminded, you are comfortable with basic CRM and scheduling tools, and you genuinely care about helping people feel better.
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 9:30am to 2pm.
Compensation: Starting at $15 per hour with room to grow, plus performance bonuses tied to new client bookings. Driven performers earn significantly above base.
